這類形變狀況多發生在選用金屬復合板為設定的幕墻鋁板上。目前許多建筑小區業主為了更好地節約成本，采用不靠譜的生產商。生產廠家為獲較高盈利，版塊生產加工不安裝邊肋，中肋，只將鋁朔板疊成盒狀，立即用螺絲擰在架構上，版塊間隙抹膠密封性即使竣工。那樣幕墻鋁板的版塊抗壓強度達不上規定，版塊在正負極氣壓功效下造成向里向外的疲乏性撓度值形變，使表面規格提高。
