(1)檢查鋁板的長寬尺寸偏差、對角線尺寸差、對邊平行度偏差等加工精度:聯合世紀鋁單板的各項加工精度要求均按遠高于國家標準的本企業標準執行。

(2)檢查鋁板板面的平整度:板面平整用3M靠尺檢查，允許偏差3Mm。板面垂直、水平用3M靠尺檢查，允許偏差2.5mm，陰陽角用方尺檢查，允許偏差2.5mm。
